Eima International 2014 ended

This year's "Eima International Agricultural & Gardening Machinery Exhibition", the 41st edition, took place in Bologna, Italy between 12 and 16 November 2014. The exhibition not only attracted European companies to participate, but also companies from all around the world attended Eima 2014 with their booths. The official figures say that close to 236,000 visitors logged in to see the show; where the first two days of the show allocated to the professional business people, and the last three to the other visitors. The Turkish manufacturers and other stakeholders of agricultural machinery also showed interest to the event. There were 89 Turkish exhibitors at the show, being one of the largest national group in number, and almost all of the Turkish exhibitors those manufacturing the whole products of ag machines were members of our Association.
TARMAKBIR, in cooperation with POMSAD (Turkish Pump & Valve Manufacturers' Association) and Turkish Machinery Group, had its own booth to represent the Turkish ag machinery industry at Hall 36, F11. We would like to thank to all visitors to our stand and the Turkish companies' stands as well. Our Association also involved as a host in a coctail event at Notturno Hall of BolognaFiere Business Center on 13th November, where representatives of private sector and various associations attended and TARMAKBIR presented by the President Mr. Şenol Önal, and Board Members Ms. Zeynep Erkunt Armağan and Mr. Kutlu Karavelioğlu. The Turkish participation at Eima 2014 also promoted through advirtesements at the Fair Ground and in the city center, on a concept of a "primitive spike harrow which used for agricultural production in ancient times in Anatolia" to indicate how Turkish ag machinery industry and machinery industry in general have evaluated since then.
TARMAKBIR also participated in the 7th of the Annual Agrievolution Economic Committee Meeting on 14th November at Concerto Hall of BolognaFiere Business Center, to discuss the economic situation of the ag machinery industry worldwide together with association representatives from Italy, India, Japan, China, Russia, France, Brazil, Germany, European Union and USA.
