The Regulation on Plant Protection Equipment Has Been Updated!
The Regulation on Pest Control Tools and Machines, which regulates the procedures and principles regarding the licensing, manufacture, import, placing on the market, and inspection of pesticide tools and machines used in plant protection within the scope of agricultural pest control entered into force except for two draft articles. The revised regulation has been published in the Official Gazette lately.
This legislation, to which TARMAKBIR put forward recommendations during the preparation phase, includes comprehensive changes compared to the previous regulation, from manufacturing to licensing, from company and dealer responsibilities to inspection.
